The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Dispatch Associate to join our Malaga-based team. This role involves the oversight and active participation in the receiving, organising, storing, and distributing of products within the warehouse.

Your Responsibilities:

• Receive goods at the designated loading/receiving dock.
• Store received goods in their appropriate warehouse locations.
• Inspect incoming shipments for any damaged or missing items.
• Contribute to stocktakes and other inventory management efforts.
• Relocate and rearrange stock, utilising provided equipment as needed.
• Maintain precise inventory records for both received and dispatched products.
• Uphold site cleanliness and ensure the prevention of product damage.

About You:

• A Forklift License will be highly regarded.
• Warehouse experience, with a preference for cold chain and pharmaceutical environments, will be highly regarded.
• Possess basic Excel and Word computer skills.
• Demonstrate basic numeracy, verbal, and literacy skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 20kg, with typical weights ranging from 2kg to 10kg.
• Ability to work within a cold environment at -4 degrees Celsius.
• Proficient in the safe handling of dangerous goods.
