About the Role
As a member of the Grace Records Management team, you will provide excellent customer service and account support to prominent Australian organisations and government agencies. Your responsibilities are crucial for the seamless, secure, and efficient handling of vital client records. Applications from a diverse range of candidates are welcomed.
Key Duties:
- Conducting daily warehouse safety and compliance checks.
- Responding to customer service inquiries.
- Managing and securing client records daily to ensure compliant delivery and storage.
- Processing and retrieving valuable information, and managing client document requests.
- Utilising computer technology, including scanners and PCs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A valid Australian driver’s licence is required for the role.
- Forklift Licence (highly desirable).
- Stock Picker Licence (preferred).
- RF scanning experience (desirable; training will be provided if required).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous warehouse or transport industry experience (preferred).
