Job Description: Embark on your leadership path with ALDI. As a Duty Manager, you will consistently lead by example, from driving sales and assisting customers to supervising team members. Your primary responsibility is ensuring the smooth operation of the store during your shift. This involves supporting and guiding team members, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating within the store management team. Simultaneously, you will refine your leadership capabilities and contribute significantly to both your team and our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Opening and closing the store, and overseeing shifts.
• Providing clear, constructive, and inspiring feedback to the team.
• Assisting with the training and onboarding of team members.
• Delivering exceptional customer service at the registers.
• Maintaining stock levels on shelves to ensure product availability for customers.
• Monitoring for any incidents or hazards to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Additional Information:

• Salary: $33.87* per hour, plus shift allowances.
• Work Type: Part-time, 35-hour per week contract.
