Levyl Pty Ltd is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a high-performing Executive Leadership Team within a respected national consultancy firm. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role based in North Sydney, offering a hybrid working arrangement.
The Company Levyl is partnering with a highly regarded Australian consultancy firm that has a national footprint and an expanding international presence. The business is known for delivering complex projects and fosters a collaborative, people-first culture. This role is highly visible and will see you become an integral part of the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring smooth executive operations and coordinating governance activities. The position offers genuine variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute beyond traditional EA duties.
The Leaders You will primarily support the Managing Director, with additional executive support provided to the CEO and the broader Executive Leadership Team. The Managing Director is described as energetic, entrepreneurial, and ideas-driven, with a role involving frequent travel, a fast pace, and shifting priorities. An EA who can anticipate needs, confidently reprioritise, and maintain seamless operations is valued.
The Opportunity Working closely with the Managing Director, CEO, and the Executive Leadership Team, you will be the central point of coordination for executive operations, governance activities, and leadership initiatives. Responsibilities are broad and varied, including:
- Providing high-level executive support to the Managing Director, with additional support to the CEO, CFO, and CPO.
- Proactively managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, and executive priorities.
- Preparing presentations, reports, and confidential correspondence.
- Coordinating Board and Executive meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes, and action tracking.
- Supporting governance forums and leadership meetings across the business.
- Coordinating executive events, leadership off-sites, and travel logistics.
- Assisting with key leadership initiatives, such as Sustainability & Social Impact programs.
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, and Board members.
About You You enjoy operating as a true business partner, thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable balancing competing priorities across multiple senior leaders, and take pride in becoming an indispensable member of the Executive Leadership Team.
You will also possess:
- Previous experience supporting senior executives, ideally within a complex corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong governance experience, including coordinating Board and Executive meetings, preparing agendas and papers, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
- The confidence to manage expectations, challenge where appropriate, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism, judgement, and discretion.
- A genuine interest in contributing beyond traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities, whether that's supporting governance, leadership initiatives, or broader business projects.
The Process The search is commencing immediately, and applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. Successful candidates will meet with Levyl before progressing to interviews with the People & Culture leadership team, and then with the Managing Director and CEO. With a comprehensive handover planned, the client ideally seeks someone who can commence in early August.
