Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join their team at the Goodstart Andergrove centre, located at 2-10 Emperor Drive, Andergrove, 4740, QLD. This is a permanent, full-time role working 38 hours per week.

The role offers a salary range of $45.45 - $68.53 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications, plus superannuation and benefits. This package is comparable to state primary school teachers.

About the Role:

As an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart, you will play a vital role in providing children with a strong start in life. You will guide their development through purposeful and energetic teaching practices, fostering a love of learning. Building meaningful relationships with families will be key to ensuring every child feels a sense of belonging and is supported to thrive. You will also mentor and inspire educational practices within your room and collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs that achieve outstanding outcomes for children.

The centre is situated in a quiet, family-oriented community north of Mackay, offering a welcoming and calm environment. Requirements:

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood or an equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA.
• A current QLD Working with Children Check.
• A current First Aid qualification.
• Queensland teacher registration is voluntary if eligible, not required.
