Uniting Early Learning - Carbrook

Uniting Early Learning is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join our Carbrook Centre, operating as part of the Kingdom Kids community. This is a permanent, part-time, onsite role.

About the Role: As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that align with the Early Years Learning Framework, fostering each child's development. Your role will involve cultivating a secure, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere where children can flourish. You will collaborate closely with families and your colleagues to build strong relationships, champion children's wellbeing, and contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment.

Remuneration and Hours:

• Salary: $45 – $62 per hour + superannuation
• Work Type: Part-time

About You:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or an equivalent qualification recognised by ACECQA. Consideration will be given to candidates who are halfway through their degree, or who hold an Early Childhood Diploma and are willing to pursue a Bachelor degree.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of contemporary early childhood education practices, relevant legislation, and child development principles.
• Hold a current Blue Card (Child Related Employment).
• Possess current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Have the right to work in Australia.

About Us: Kingdom Kids, situated within the Calvary Christian College Campus in Carbrook, offers a unique childcare experience for children aged 15 months to 5 years. Our approach integrates natural inquiry with purposeful planning to support each child's growth. We provide access to sensory play gardens, bush kindy, a library, farm visits, and more, focusing on community and nurturing lifelong learners.
