Kaisercraft is seeking Expressions of Interest for Retail Sales Assistants for a potential new temporary store in Newtown. This is a casual position.

The Opportunity As a casual Retail Sales Assistant, your primary focus will be delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's presentation to effectively showcase our product range.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Opening and closing the store.
• Assisting with daily store operations.
• Utilising strong product knowledge to guide customer purchasing decisions.
• Unpacking deliveries and replenishing stock.
• Supporting the implementation of promotional and visual merchandising initiatives.
• Ensuring the store's appearance and organisation are maintained to a high standard.

About You We are looking for individuals with:

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• The ability to create memorable customer experiences and understand customer needs.
• A motivated approach with a passion for selling our products.
• Reliability, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills.
• The capacity to work independently, problem-solve, and take initiative.
• Flexibility to work across 7 days a week, including late nights and weekends.
• Availability for an average of 2-3 shifts per week, each lasting 3-5 hours, with potential for additional hours.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite and a POS system is desirable.
