Role Responsibilities:
As an EOL Program Technician, you will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end operations of the Sustain IT department. Your responsibilities will include stock management, end-of-life (EOL) processing, and ensuring the accuracy of all related documentation. This role requires efficient, secure handling of assets in accordance with established procedures, demanding a high degree of accuracy, a proactive approach, and a strong commitment to process compliance, along with effective team collaboration.
- Assist with stock picking, device inspection, asset application, packaging, and data entry.
- Execute end-of-life processes, including device wiping and packaging for transport to other facilities.
- Grade devices based on their condition, clean them, and remove any identifying marks or labels.
- Update technical documentation as directed by the EOL supervisor.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and communicate these to the leadership team.

Application Requirements:
- Must be able to travel onsite to our office in Notting Hill.
- Availability to work Afternoon/Evening shifts from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
- Must be an Australian resident with unrestricted availability to work full-time hours.
Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check and a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
