We are seeking experienced and motivated Event Hire Dispatch & Inbound Warehouse Supervisors to assume responsibility for our warehouse operations. These practical positions are vital for ensuring our high-quality inventory is maintained impeccably, dispatched accurately, and returned to the highest standard for events throughout South Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the event furnishings warehouse, ensuring all stock is clean, functional, and available to meet event schedules.
• Utilise our internal hire software for dispatch, return, inventory, and warehouse workflow management.
• Ensure efficient and accurate picking, dispatch, and goods receipting in accordance with White Marquee policies.
• Supervise delivery and return logistics, meeting customer expectations for timeliness and presentation.
• Maintain precise inventory records, including reporting any missing or damaged items.
• Uphold stringent quality control standards, ensuring all items are event-ready upon dispatch.
• Cultivate a strong safety culture by identifying and mitigating hazards and promoting WHS best practices.
• Liaise with Operations Managers and the Sales Team to ensure seamless operational execution.
• Oversee storage conditions to protect and maintain all stock.
• Participate directly in loading and unloading vehicles when necessary.
• Support the onboarding and training of new operations staff.
• Foster a positive team environment through professionalism, high performance, and strong team morale.
• Be willing to assist other departments as required.

What You'll Bring

• Demonstrated experience in warehouse, logistics, or hire operations.
• Strong leadership capabilities with prior experience leading teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
• A Forklift Licence, Scissor Lift Licence, and MR Truck Licence are highly regarded.
• A hands-on attitude and a willingness to lead by example.
