Country Road Group Pty Ltd is seeking an Executive Assistant to support General Managers. This role is a key enabler of the Executive Leadership Team's success, working closely with one or more executives to drive priorities, keep business moving, and ensure timely execution of tasks.

Reporting to the Executive Operations Manager within a collaborative team-based EA model, this 12-month fixed-term contract position involves seamless management of complex calendars, communications, and daily business activities. The role requires building strong organisational relationships and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Sound judgement, initiative, and adaptability are essential for anticipating needs, solving problems proactively, and supporting both executives and the wider EA team to achieve exceptional outcomes.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Partner closely with your assigned brand executive, delivering efficient and effective support services.
  • Manage diaries for leaders, including internal and external appointment schedules.
  • Coordinate meetings, which may include preparing presentation materials, documents, reports, and taking minutes.
  • Support the delivery of key brand activations and campaign events as required.
  • Manage the coordination, budgeting, and itineraries for travel.
  • Effectively manage or redirect enquiries across the organisation.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders internally and externally, including brand vendors, via various mediums and across all business levels.
  • Act as an active member of the leadership team.
  • Help to drive engagement and manage team events and activities.
  • Manage the brand/team calendar.

Key Capabilities:

  • Experience in a similar capacity within a dynamic, fast-paced medium to large organisation.
  • A true 'partnership mentality' when providing administrative support to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A creative inclination and passion for innovation.
  • Proven time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate and engage with a diverse stakeholder group.
  • Flexible ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Complete integrity in managing confidential information.
  • Advanced skills using the Office 365 suite of applications, including SharePoint and OneDrive, would be highly advantageous.
