About The Role This pivotal role will provide high-quality support to our Chief Customer Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. Responsibilities encompass diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reconciliation, and the preparation of presentations and reports. This dynamic position will also support their leadership teams in executing strategic objectives.

A key focus will be leveraging AI to enhance team efficiencies and scale executive support.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and managing agendas, team-wide PowerPoint presentations, timekeeping, and action item follow-up for weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
  • Organising team offsite and onsite events, including venue and room bookings, catering, and activity planning.
  • Coordinating international and interstate travel, accommodation, and itineraries as needed.
  • Ensuring executives are furnished with appropriate recommendations and information preceding any approvals or meetings.
  • Reconciling corporate credit cards and expenses, and establishing and maintaining administrative and filing systems.
  • Collaborating with the EA community for company-wide events.
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders on behalf of the executives where appropriate, including Workplace Technology, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Acting as an empathetic 'gatekeeper' by effectively redirecting or declining meeting or appointment requests.
