Perth Airport serves as Western Australia's primary gateway, connecting the region with Australia and the world. Operating continuously, the airport significantly contributes to the economic, social, and cultural landscape of Western Australia. The organisation is currently undertaking a substantial $5 billion infrastructure program to modernise the airport, including new terminals, a parallel runway, multi-storey car parks, and its first onsite hotel. This investment aims to create an integrated airport precinct and enhance the passenger experience. Beyond aviation, the Perth Airport estate encompasses over 2,100 hectares, supporting a $1.5 billion portfolio of industrial and commercial assets with considerable potential for future expansion.

This pivotal role offers the opportunity to be central to the business, interacting with internal and external stakeholders and contributing to critical projects and executive priorities.

  • Provide financial administration support, encompassing purchase orders, invoice processing, accruals, and budget tracking.
  • Collaborate on special projects, business initiatives, and process improvement efforts within the executive office.
  • Act as a key liaison across teams and departments, fostering strong internal and external relationships.
  • Represent the executive office with a high degree of integrity, professionalism, and service excellence.

About You

  • Extensive experience supporting senior and executive leaders, ideally with relevant tertiary qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Business Administration (or equivalent).
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a sound understanding of business fundamentals, particularly within property, leasing, or related sectors.
  • High proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in document formatting, presentation development, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective and professional engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Possess excellent organisational and planning capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Adaptable with a solution-focused mindset, capable of shifting priorities while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  • Able to establish and maintain productive working relationships across teams, recognised for a collaborative and approachable working style.
  • Bring a proactive mindset and demonstrate initiative, contributing to a high-performing and positive workplace culture.
