Executive Assistant WA Blue Sky Bentley Part-time, Onsite

This role offers a key opportunity to support a CEO, Board, and Executive Team while contributing to an organisation that creates positive outcomes for people with disability. WA Blue Sky is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at both strategic and operational levels. This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with the CEO, support Board and Committee governance activities, and contribute to an organisation with a strong reputation for quality services and continuous growth.

The position is open to candidates seeking between 3 and 5 days per week (0.6–1.0 FTE). The final arrangement will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on their experience, availability, and organisational requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support for Board and Committees, including meeting coordination, governance administration, minute taking, and compliance activities.
  • Prepare and proofread high-quality reports, submissions, presentations, and draft routine correspondence, while also managing and assisting with confidential business matters.
  • Provide quality and timely administrative support, including digital filing, data entry, and printing.
  • Engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders, managing relationships effectively.
  • Assist with projects and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Continually seek opportunities for process improvement.

Experience, Skills & Attributes:

  • Significant experience providing executive support to a CEO, Executive Team, Board, or Senior Leadership Team, including governance and meeting administration responsibilities.
  • Experience preparing Board and Committee agendas, minutes, and governance documentation will be highly regarded.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to adapt to various levels of stakeholders.
  • A solution-focused, proactive work style is crucial, along with strong attention to detail, deadline management, and keeping relevant parties updated.
  • Demonstrated confidentiality, professionalism, and a commitment to teamwork, characterised by respect, integrity, honesty, trust, and support.
  • Experience in the Not-for-Profit sector is desirable.
