Role Purpose
This position offers high-level administrative support to the CEO and Leadership Team, concurrently overseeing the organisation's digital presence and assisting with communications. The role integrates executive administration, coordination, and creative communication functions. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and adaptable, possessing strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage competing priorities while contributing to the organisation's brand, community engagement, and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide confidential administrative support to the CEO, and as needed, to the Leadership Team.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meeting schedules, and email correspondence.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record accurate minutes, and track action items.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, correspondence, and organisational documents.
- Support internal coordination and communication across teams.
- Assist with general office administration and operational tasks, including data entry, NDIS funding, and client intake processes.
- Social Media, Website & Digital Communications
- Manage and maintain the organisation’s social media profiles and online presence across relevant platforms.
- Update and maintain website content to ensure it is current, accurate, accessible, and aligned with organisational priorities.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media and website channels.
- Coordinate social media calendars, campaigns, and digital communications activities.
- Create digital assets such as graphics, promotional materials, newsletters, and basic artwork.
- Monitor engagement, respond to enquiries, and support online community engagement.
- Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and branding across all digital platforms.
- Review website performance and digital engagement insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track social media and website analytics and provide updates/reports on engagement, reach, and performance.
- Assist with stakeholder communications and engagement activities as required.
- Support the preparation of grant, funding, and partnership-related documents as required.
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative or executive support.
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Mavsocial and Mailchimp) and design platforms (e.g., Canva), and CRM tools.
- Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to create digital content, graphics, and promotional materials.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Current Queensland Open Driver’s Licence - mandatory.
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and Yellow Card (Disability Worker Screening) or ability to obtain - mandatory.
- Current National Police Certificate – mandatory.
- Current Provide First Aid certificate or ability to obtain - mandatory.
- Momentum Mental Health adheres to the ‘No Card, No Start’ system; Yellow & Blue cards must be obtained before the commencement of work.
Desirable
- Experience in community services, mental health, not-for-profit, or fundraising environments would be an advantage.
Remuneration
Remuneration will be in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry [SCHADS] Award 2010 and will be dependent upon qualifications and experience. This role also attracts superannuation, and eligibility for up to $15,900 per annum in fringe benefits tax-free is available.
