Executive Coordinator Lead
ROUSSOS RECRUITMENT is seeking an Executive Coordinator Lead for a full-time, onsite position in Adelaide SA. The salary offered is $115,000 to $135,000 plus Superannuation.
This role involves leading executive coordination within a high-performing organisation, partnering with executives to drive priorities and business outcomes, and leading governance, planning, and executive coordination activities. The position offers a 9-day fortnight and a modern CBD office.
The Opportunity
ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a well-established organisation involved in nationally significant infrastructure projects. This is a pivotal Executive Coordination Lead position within a collaborative leadership team, designed to support an Executive General Manager and ensure the effective operation of a busy executive portfolio. The role provides exposure to senior decision-makers and is suited for an experienced Executive Assistant or Executive Officer seeking a more expansive coordination role.
The Role
This position extends beyond traditional Executive Assistant duties, functioning at the core of executive operations. Your responsibilities will include aligning priorities, ensuring decisions are actioned, and facilitating the progress of strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, offering high-level coordination, governance, and stakeholder support within a dynamic environment.
Working in close partnership with a senior executive and the leadership team, your duties will encompass:
- Leading governance activities, including executive meetings, action tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinating strategic planning, leadership forums, and portfolio priorities.
- Preparing high-quality briefings, presentations, and executive communications.
- Acting as a key liaison among leaders, stakeholders, and project teams to influence decisions within a complex, high-profile project landscape.
- Driving operational coordination to ensure effective delivery of priorities.
