The Role This full-time, onsite position is rostered across Tuesday to Saturday with varying shift times. By applying, you confirm your availability for these days.

As a Department Supervisor, you will support the store management team by leading your department in providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining merchandising and visual standards, as well as sales results within your department. You will coach and develop your team to deliver great in-store experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Model exceptional customer service for every customer, every time.
• Support and guide the team to deliver exceptional service and foster a ‘service over task’ environment.
• Actively gain, maintain, and share product and brand knowledge for your department.
• Support the management team to improve financial performance within your department.
• Work with the back-of-house team to ensure product availability.
• Uphold company standards and deliver store visual excellence.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience within retail or a like industry.
• Passion for delivering an amazing service experience for customers.
• A positive attitude with the capacity to create a motivating environment for your team.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure daily priorities are executed in a timely manner.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to thrive in social situations through engagement with customers and team members.
