About The Role
The primary objective for the Puig Fragrance Specialist is to act as a customer-focused Brand Ambassador. In this capacity, you will provide outstanding customer service and elevate Puig brand awareness by understanding and effectively addressing customer needs to meet and surpass sales targets.
This position is based at our Myer Carindale location, with approximately 25 hours per week. Availability across weekdays and weekends is required.
Duties
- Advise and educate customers on the features and advantages of Puig products.
- Proactively attract new clientele and cultivate our existing loyal customer base.
- Attain budgeted sales objectives by recommending and selling products that align with customer requirements.
- Participate in relevant training sessions to deepen product knowledge and refine selling techniques.
- Maintain the exceptional in-store experience and store presentation for which Puig is known.
- Drive Puig activation and promotional events in accordance with business objectives.
- Foster positive relationships with in-store management, Account Managers, and the Head Office team.
Our Ideal Fragrance Specialist
- Previous experience in retail or guest services, preferably within the beauty or fragrance sector.
- A passion for retail, fragrance, and beauty.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in building customer loyalty and maintaining a robust client base.
- An understanding of targets, sales tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent customer service skills, characterised by an empathetic and collaborative approach.
- Flexibility and availability to work a varied roster in line with store trading hours.
