Mask, Australia's feel-good fragrance brand, is seeking a Full or Part Time Retail Manager for its Broadbeach store. Mask is dedicated to spreading joy through scent and offers high-quality products with a focus on memorable in-store experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire and lead a small team to deliver exceptional, mood-boosting customer experiences.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture that reflects the brand's fun, warm, and uplifting personality.
• Drive store success through strategic planning, effective communication, and a proactive approach.
• Coach and develop team members in fragrance knowledge, customer engagement, and sales performance.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing, visual merchandising, stock presentation, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.
• Oversee inventory levels, manage cash handling, and ensure adherence to store policies and procedures.
• Analyse store performance with the Retail Operations Manager, report findings to the team, and support local marketing initiatives.
• Professionally and empathetically resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive impression of Mask.
• Act as a champion for Mask's core values.
• Collaborate with the Retail Operations Manager, Dispatch, Marketing, and Customer Service Teams.
• Participate in the creation of weekly social media content for Mask.

Requirements:

• Proven retail management experience with a history of meeting sales and operational targets.
• A natural ability to connect with people, demonstrating warmth, kindness, and confidence, while fostering the best in others.
• A commitment to creating outstanding customer experiences and resolving issues with care.
• The capacity to bring positive energy to shifts and thrive in a dynamic, hands-on setting.
• Strong communication skills for team guidance and engagement with customers and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of retail loss prevention practices, including stock control.
• Comfort with retail technology and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a hands-on work ethic.
• Availability to work on-site, including weekends, public holidays, and during peak trading periods.
• Enthusiasm for growth within the brand.
• A bonus would be a passion for fragrance, interiors, or lifestyle products, or relevant education in retail, business, or a related field.
