Elite Sales Promotion Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Brand Ambassador to join our Fragrance & Cosmetics division. In this role, you will be the primary representative for our luxury beauty brands, responsible for delivering outstanding customer interactions, meeting sales objectives, and promoting high-end fragrances, skincare, and cosmetic items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide superior customer service and conduct personalised beauty consultations.
• Suggest fragrance, skincare, and cosmetic products tailored to customer requirements.
• Meet individual and collective sales goals.
• Cultivate robust customer relationships to foster repeat patronage.
• Exhibit comprehensive product understanding and remain current with new product releases and promotions.
• Ensure attractive product displays and adhere to merchandising standards.
• Process sales accurately via the point-of-sale system.
• Participate in stock replenishment, inventory upkeep, and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive shopping atmosphere.
• Adhere to company policies, health and safety protocols, and brand guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in retail sales, ideally within fragrance, cosmetics, skincare, beauty, or luxury retail.
• A genuine interest in beauty and fragrances, coupled with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-driven with a positive and energetic demeanour.
• Demonstrated capability to achieve sales targets.
• Impeccable personal presentation and professional appearance.
• Adaptable availability, encompassing weekends, public holidays, and busy trading periods.
• Capacity to perform effectively in a dynamic retail setting.
