Dusk till Dawn Sleep Centre focuses on Home Sleep Studies and the ongoing management of patients diagnosed with sleep-disordered breathing. As a patient-focused organisation, we are committed to providing high-quality care within a professional, supportive, and compassionate setting.
About the Role We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team at our Head Office in Noosaville. An immediate start is available. While the role is primarily based in Noosaville, occasional travel to our other clinic locations may be required. Clinic operating hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
As the initial point of contact for our patients, you will play a significant role in the daily operations of our clinics. This varied position encompasses reception and administrative tasks, providing support to our Sleep Technicians, and offers the chance to learn about sleep study wire-ups and develop skills in the expanding field of sleep health.

Key Responsibilities
- Front-of-house reception duties and welcoming patients
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally
- Liaising effectively with patients and clinical staff
- Accurate data entry of patient information
- General administrative duties
- Processing payments (EFTPOS, cash, DVA) and issuing invoices/receipts
- Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area
- Preparing reports and letters for GPs
- Reporting to referring physicians, hospitals, and medical providers
- Supporting the sale of new or additional products and services
- Downloading sleep study data
- Sterilising clinic equipment
About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous reception experience (medical reception preferred)

- High-level computer literacy and accurate keyboard skills
- Proficiency in Windows based programs
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Capacity to work both autonomously and within a team
- Adaptability in a changing and growing environment
- A current driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
You will have direct daily interaction with patients, making professionalism, empathy, and excellent relationship-building skills essential.
