adidas is seeking a passionate Retail Professional to join our team at the DFO Moorabbin store. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership, and utilise all store resources to meet or exceed them.
• Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Undertake the execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and promptly.
• Continuously replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the full product offer is displayed on the sales floor, with a specific focus on monitoring sell-through and replenishment of the Footwear category.
• Represent the adidas brand, company values, and products in an inspiring and impactful manner.

Requirements: To be successful, you will possess a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record. You should be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours: Availability to work retail hours (38 hours per week) across weekdays and weekends is required. Please include your availability in your application.
