The Role This position requires experienced and qualified Early Childhood Educators to function as integral team members, delivering high-quality education and care. Responsibilities include:

• Cultivating strong relationships with children at the service.
• Developing the Children's Program, aligning with Early Years Learning Framework guidelines.
• Ensuring a secure environment for both staff and children.
• Implementing the service’s philosophy in all duties.
• Communicating with families regarding daily activities.
• Maintaining observations and records of each child's progress.

Essential criteria

• Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Child Protection Certificate (CHCPRT025).
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Capacity to work collaboratively and cooperatively within a team.
