The Role This position calls for experienced and qualified Early Childhood Educators to function as integral team members in delivering high-quality education and care. Responsibilities include:

• Cultivating robust relationships with children at the service.
• Developing the Children's Program, ensuring it aligns with Early Years Learning Framework guidelines.
• Maintaining a secure environment for both staff and children.
• Implementing the service’s philosophy in all duties undertaken.
• Communicating with families regarding daily activities.
• Keeping records and observations of individual children's progress.

Essential Criteria

• Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Child Protection Certificate (CHCPRT025).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to collaborate and work cooperatively within a team setting.
