Simon Curwood Jewellers, Australia's largest custom jeweller, is seeking FULL-TIME SALES PROFESSIONALS for their soon-to-open Stockland Shellharbour store. This is an opportunity to join a driven and dynamic team at a leading industry custom jeweller and advance your career.

About the Role: We are looking for individuals with a passion for superior jewellery and a talent for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be part of a motivated and professional team, working with exceptional diamonds, fine gemstones, and a curated collection of eye-catching pieces. Your imagination for unique designs can flourish with our customised client offering.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Create exceptional in-store displays and maintain high presentation standards.
• Cater to the unique needs of each client, providing expert guidance and product knowledge.
• Build rapport with new and existing clients.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and a growth mindset.
• Sound computer skills, including internet, point of sale, and spreadsheets.
• Confident and outgoing personality with an immaculate and professional appearance.
• Ability to work Weekdays, Weekends, and Late-night trade.

Qualifications:

• Jewellery knowledge is advantageous.
• Multi-lingual abilities are advantageous.
• Experience in achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs is desirable.
