We are seeking a Warehouse & Sales Team Member who is passionate about our products and committed to providing excellent customer service, with an ambition to be a top performer in store sales.

The Role

This is a multifaceted position that extends beyond a traditional warehouse role. You will be instrumental in maintaining operational efficiency by managing stock intake, preparing orders, assisting with customer collections, and ensuring the showroom is presented for trade. When warehouse duties are managed, you will transition to the sales floor, assisting customers in selecting the appropriate gear for their adventures. This role offers a balanced combination of warehouse operations, team collaboration, and customer engagement.

Your Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive, unload, and process incoming stock.
• Prepare customer orders and facilitate pick-ups.
• Maintain an organised, safe, and smoothly functioning warehouse.
• Conduct stock counts and inventory checks.
• Replenish stock and displays within the showroom.
• Provide customers with product advice and recommendations.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Foster a positive shopping environment for all customers.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure optimal store operations.

This role focuses on managing stock flow, supporting store functions, and equipping customers for their adventures.

What We're Looking For

• Existing ownership of a 4WD and an enjoyment of hands-on, active work.
• A passion for camping, enabling you to discuss customer needs with enthusiasm.
• Reliability, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to thoroughness.
• Willingness to seamlessly transition between warehouse and sales duties.
• A Forklift License (LF) is highly regarded.
