We are seeking a Warehouse & Sales Team Member who is enthusiastic about our products and customers, and motivated to excel in sales.

Beyond a Standard Warehouse Position

This role offers a dynamic blend of warehouse operations and customer engagement. You will be integral to maintaining smooth operations by receiving stock, preparing orders, assisting with customer pick-ups, and ensuring the showroom is presentation-ready. When warehouse duties are managed, you will transition to the sales floor to assist customers in selecting the ideal equipment for their adventures. This position provides a balanced mix of warehouse management, teamwork, and customer service.

Your Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming stock efficiently.
• Prepare customer orders and facilitate pick-ups.
• Maintain an organised, safe, and functional warehouse environment.
• Conduct stock counts and inventory checks.
• Replenish stock and displays in the showroom.
• Provide customers with product advice and recommendations.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Foster a positive shopping environment for all customers.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure optimal store performance.

This role focuses on efficient stock management, supporting store operations, and assisting customers in their pursuit of adventure.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Current 4WD ownership and enjoyment of hands-on, active work.
• Passion for camping, with the ability to discuss customer needs enthusiastically.
• Reliability, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to quality work.
• Comfort in transitioning between warehouse and sales duties.
• A Forklift License (LF) is highly regarded.
