Wohlers Furniture & Homewares is seeking a Furniture Manager for its Mount Barker showroom. This is a full-time, onsite position.

About Wohlers: Wohlers is a family-owned business with over 30 years of experience delivering excellence in customer service. The company manufactures its own timber furniture and also stocks iconic brands such as La-Z-Boy, IMG Norway, and Sealy.

The Role: This is a permanent opportunity to manage the Furniture Team at the Mount Barker showroom.

What We Are Looking For:

• A team player with a genuine passion for customer service and retail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive and friendly work environment.
• A people-person who enjoys working collaboratively with a team.
• Ability to motivate, train, and develop team members.
• Prior experience as a Manager or in a leadership role within the retail sector.
• Proven sales results.
• Evidence of a desire to work hard to achieve goals and sales targets for both individual and team performance.
