Glassons is seeking a Casual Sales Assistant to join the team at our Highpoint store. This role is an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic retail environment and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly and informed service to customers, aiming for a positive shopping journey.
• Contribute to the visual appeal and upkeep of the store, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling.
• Restock and replenish merchandise to ensure product availability.
• Assist the store team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to interact with customers of all ages.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Flexibility and the capacity to adapt to a fast-paced retail setting.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred, but not essential.
