Glassons is seeking a Casual Sales Assistant to join our team in the Melbourne Metro area. You will contribute to creating positive customer experiences and supporting store operations across the following locations:

• Melbourne Central
• Chapel Street
• South Wharf

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly and informed service to customers, aiming for a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain store presentation, ensuring a clean, tidy, and visually appealing environment.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling.
• Restock and replenish merchandise to ensure product availability.
• Assist the store team with administrative and operational tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
• Strong attention to detail and the capacity for accurate, efficient work.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail setting.
• Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred, but not essential.
