Glassons is seeking a Casual Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to creating positive customer experiences and supporting store operations across the following locations:

• Liverpool
• Macarthur Square
• Penrith

Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly and informed service to customers, aiming for a positive shopping experience.
• Contribute to store presentation and upkeep, maintaining a clean, tidy, and visually appealing environment.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and point-of-sale service.
• Restock and replenish merchandise to ensure product availability.
• Assist the store team with various administrative and operational tasks as may be required.

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers of all ages.
• Strong attention to detail and the capacity to work accurately and efficiently.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail setting.
• Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred, but not essential.
