Sportsgirl Pty Ltd is seeking a Group Casual Sales Team Member for their Charlestown location. This role offers the opportunity to work across the Sussan Group brands, including Sussan and Suzanne Grae, contributing to store success through exceptional customer service and a drive for sales. Ideal candidates will be comfortable in a fast-paced retail setting, enjoy engaging with customers, and possess a flexible, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and fitting room support to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Achieve daily and team sales targets through effective customer engagement.
• Assist with stock maintenance, replenishment, and support visual merchandising and layout updates to maintain store appeal.
