As a Group Casual, you will have the chance to work in stores across all three brands: Sussan, Suzanne Grae, and Sportsgirl. Your role will be to contribute to store success through providing excellent customer service and a dedication to sales. Ideal candidates will be comfortable in a busy retail setting, enjoy engaging with people, and possess a flexible, team-oriented attitude.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering outstanding customer service and fitting room assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Driving sales by meeting daily and team sales targets through effective customer interactions.
• Assisting with stock maintenance and replenishment, while supporting visual merchandising and layout updates to maintain an appealing store appearance.
