Our Adelaide showroom serves as the primary point of engagement for this experience.

The Role We are seeking individuals to work between 1 to 2 days per week, with the potential for full-time hours. This is a practical, hybrid position encompassing showroom sales, remote customer assistance, and warehouse duties. You should be at ease discussing optics and rifle configurations with experienced shooters face-to-face, assisting customers via telephone, and offering solutions and support through SMS. This position suits someone with a sincere appreciation for the outdoor lifestyle who desires employment within a setting aligned with their interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Sales and Support
• Welcome and assist customers within the showroom.
• Offer informed advice on optics, accessories, and associated items.
• Manage customer inquiries received through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Deliver clear, precise, and prompt information regarding product suitability, availability, and order status.
• Accurately process sales transactions, both in-person and remotely.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships through professional and amiable communication.
• Maintain current knowledge of products and new releases.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine enthusiasm for shooting, hunting, and outdoor lifestyles.
• Sales or practical experience within this industry is welcomed but not essential.
• Strong communication abilities across in-person, phone, and written mediums.
• Confidence in discussing technical products and offering recommendations.
• A high level of attention to detail when processing orders and responding to customer inquiries.
• Reliability, punctuality, and self-motivation.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic retail and online environment.

Desirable

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a call centre.
• Knowledge of the firearms or outdoor industry.
• Relevant licensing, where applicable.
