Zara is seeking an In Store Visual Merchandiser to join their team in Melbourne VIC. This is a full-time, onsite position.

Your Role:

• Connect product with people through intentional decisions, interpretation, provocation, and guiding the eye to shape the experience of each collection.
• Understand that effective displays sell and, more importantly, inspire.
• Stay informed about fashion, in-store dynamics, and street trends.
• Demonstrate knowledge of what is being sold, read the store environment, understand commercial rhythms, and respond accordingly.
• Coordinate the team, align criteria, and support decisions.
• Bring product to life through your vision.

What You Will Do:

• Execute visual direction in store, translating trends into strong, commercial displays.
• Monitor product flow and maintain high visual standards across all areas.
• Analyse sales and customer behaviour to promote the right product.
• Support and align the team on visual priorities and daily actions.
• Work across the shop floor, fitting room, and cashier as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in visual merchandising or a strong eye for styling and product.
• Experience supporting or leading a team in a retail environment.
• A clear interest in fashion, trends, and customer behaviour.
• Ability to read the store, make decisions, and adapt quickly.
• A collaborative mindset with confidence to guide and influence others.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work a mix of weekdays and weekends (38 hours per week).
