Zara seeks an In Store Visual Merchandiser to Sydney, NSW. This full-time, onsite role involves connecting product with people, where every decision is intentional. You will interpret trends, provoke interest, guide the customer's eye, and shape the experience of each collection. A strong display is understood to drive sales and, importantly, inspire.
Staying attuned to fashion, in-store dynamics, and street trends is key. You will understand current sales, interpret the store's space and commercial rhythm, and respond accordingly. This role includes coordinating the team, aligning criteria, and supporting decisions. Your vision will bring products to life, within a team environment that encourages continuous growth. Learning is integrated daily, with opportunities to contribute, make mistakes, and evolve.
Responsibilities:
- Execute visual direction in store, translating trends into strong, commercial displays.
- Monitor product flow and maintain high visual standards across all areas.
- Analyse sales and customer behaviour to promote the right product.
- Support and align the team on visual priorities and daily actions.
- Work across the shop floor, fitting room, and cashier areas as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in visual merchandising or a strong eye for styling and product.
- Experience supporting or leading a team in a retail environment.
- A clear interest in fashion, trends, and customer behaviour.
- Ability to read the store, make decisions, and adapt quickly.
- A collaborative mindset with confidence to guide and influence others.
- Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work a mix of weekdays and weekends (38 hours per week).
