Home Delivery Services is establishing a new distribution centre in Eastern Creek, NSW, and is seeking experienced warehouse professionals for its Inbound and Dispatch teams.

These roles are vital to the smooth operation of the distribution centre, encompassing the process of receiving stock and preparing customer orders for dispatch. Placement into either the Inbound or Dispatch team will be determined by individual skills, experience, and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Team:
• Receive, verify, and accurately process incoming stock.
• Accept and check inbound deliveries.
• Safely unload pallets, cages, and freight.
• Utilise RF scanners to process stock movements.
• Assist with putaway and replenishment tasks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.

• Dispatch Team:
• Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of freight to the transport network.
• Consolidate customer orders.
• Prepare pallets for transport through wrapping.
• Move cages and crates to the staging lane.
• Conduct final quality and accuracy checks.
• Prepare freight for handover to transport.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a warehouse, inbound, or dispatch environment.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Comfort with performing repetitive manual handling tasks.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Experience with RF scanners is highly regarded.
• Reliability, a focus on safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
