The Opportunity

  • Position: Inclusive Education Coordinator (Secondary)
  • Type: Permanent Teacher (Secondary)
  • Leadership: Position of Responsibility (POR)
  • POR Tenure: 2 Years
  • Commencement: January 19, 2027

The Inclusive Education Coordinator, reporting to the Head of Learning Diversity (Secondary), will lead and coordinate inclusive education practices. This role supports all students in accessing, participating in, and achieving success in their learning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with students, families, staff, and external professionals to coordinate personalised learning, targeted interventions, student support processes, and appropriate pathways.
  • Building staff capability.
  • Overseeing the Program for Students with Disabilities (PSD) and Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) processes.
  • Promoting a culture of collaboration, high expectations, and inclusive practice throughout the College.
