About the Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Information Management Officer to advance your expertise in information management. This role is crucial for delivering best-practice records management services and enhancing digital efficiencies across the Council. You will serve as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on records management policies, legislation, and standards to assist staff in navigating the evolving information landscape. Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 is highly valued as we progress our digital transformation. The role is based at the Unley Civic Centre, an environment surrounded by amenities that support a positive work-life balance.
About You
To be successful in this position, you will possess:
- Experience utilising Electronic Document & Records Management Systems (ECM/CI Anywhere is preferred).
- Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge and understanding of records management legislation, standards, and best practices, with a preference for experience within local government.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear guidance to stakeholders at all levels.
- A commitment to customer service, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Salary: MOA3 Classification, $84,657.50 + Superannuation.
