A boutique Western Australian commercial builder specialising in apartment and mixed-use projects is seeking an Intermediate Contract Administrator ready to transition to a Senior role, or an experienced Intermediate Contract Administrator. This position supports a robust pipeline of secured apartment, mixed-use, and aged care projects. The company has established a strong reputation in the apartment sector, consistently securing repeat business from established developers.

The Role

You will collaborate closely with the Construction Director, Project Managers, and site teams, overseeing the complete Contract Administration function for both current and future projects. Project types include:

• Multi-storey apartment developments
• Mixed-use commercial projects
• Aged care developments
• Residential/housing projects

Upcoming work encompasses:

• Leading Contract Administration for a new $18M–$20M apartment development scheduled to commence later this year.
• Supporting the finalisation of an existing apartment project.
• Additional secured aged care and residential projects.

About You

You will possess:

• Commercial construction experience as a Contract Administrator.
• Experience across apartment, mixed-use, commercial, or residential projects.
• Proficiency in subcontractor management and procurement.
• The capacity to manage projects independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

This opportunity is suitable for a Senior Contract Administrator seeking a supportive work environment, or an experienced Intermediate Contract Administrator prepared for career advancement. CHEOPS experience is desirable but not essential.
