This is a permanent part-time position, working 33 hours per week, onsite in Narangba. The hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders, issue invoices, and manage ERP data accurately and promptly to support production and dispatch.
  • Oversee the shared office inbox, ensuring all enquiries are correctly categorised and directed to the relevant department.
  • Coordinate schedules and provide general administrative support to maintain organised, efficient, and well-communicated operations.
  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers through friendly, responsive service and consistent communication throughout the order process.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and contribute to the efficient running of the office.

About You:

Ideally, you will possess:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer-facing role. Experience in manufacturing or logistics would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to plan ahead, prioritise tasks, and ensure operations run smoothly.
  • The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, communicate confidently, and proactively follow up with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, coupled with strong communication skills and a proactive outlook.
  • Knowledge of MYOB would be beneficial but is not essential.
