Rexel Electrical Supplies, part of Rexel Australia, is seeking an Internal Sales professional to join our Bunbury branch. As a worldwide expert in distributing electrical and energy-efficient products and services, we offer smart electrical solutions across 1,900 branches in 21 countries, enhancing comfort, safety, and security for our customers.

This role will primarily focus on serving customers in the mining industry, ensuring they receive the highest level of service during all branch interactions. We provide an industry-competitive salary, genuine career advancement prospects, and a supportive culture designed for your success.

A Typical Day Involves:

• Taking ownership of processed customer orders, including managing incoming sales calls and responding to requests to ensure timely management of back orders and DIFOT.
• Performing administrative tasks such as managing sales orders, quotes, and customer projects.
• Providing solutions and an in-store experience that inspires customers.
• Building relationships with suppliers to maintain margins.

What You Bring:

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Ideally, a sound working knowledge of purchasing/supply systems.
• Positive energy and a high motivation to become an expert in your field.
• Passion for building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
• Experience in electrical wholesaling, trades, or the building/construction industry is highly regarded; product training will be provided otherwise.
