As an Internal Sales team member at our Roma branch, you will contribute to a collaborative environment. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering outstanding customer service and sales support to clients within the electrical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Presenting customised solutions and an engaging in-store experience for customers.
• Accurately managing sales orders, quotations, and customer projects.
• Cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with suppliers.
• Addressing customer inquiries with promptness and conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve timely order fulfilment.

Qualifications:

• A positive attitude and a strong motivation to develop expertise in your role.
• A passion for building and nurturing relationships with customers, both new and existing.
• Experience in electrical wholesaling, trades, or the building/construction industry is highly regarded; product training will be provided otherwise.
• A Forklift Licence.
• A current, valid driver's licence.
