Internal Sales Team Member Statewide Bearings, Gladstone Full-time, Onsite

Statewide Bearings is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic salesperson to join our Gladstone team.

As an Internal Sales Team Member, your responsibilities will include promoting the full range of SWB Group products and services, while delivering an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction to SWB customers and internal stakeholders.

This full-time position offers excellent career prospects, working alongside a highly motivated team. You will report to the Gladstone Branch Manager and play a vital role in our internal sales operations. This position offers an attractive salary and bonus package.

Key Responsibilities

• Front counter sales.
• Manage internal sales enquiries from customers via telephone and email.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and demonstrate how Statewide Bearings can add value to their business.
• Fulfill customer requirements through picking and packing.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Work with the team to ensure accuracy and maintain high standards of service, while complying with OH&S policies.

Requirements for the Role

• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Proactive, self-motivated, highly organised with excellent time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Desire to develop current knowledge and skills.
• Ability to engage with people and build rapport.
• Driven to meet sales targets and work in a highly successful team.
• Strong customer service focus.

Previous experience in bearing or similar sales, trade, or customer service would be most valuable, but is not essential as full training will be provided.
