Inventory Controller

Stott Hoare is seeking an Inventory Controller to become part of its active warehouse operations in Osborne Park.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Working collaboratively with the Inventory Team, the Inventory Controller will support the Inventory Manager in the following areas:

• Delivering high-quality service to staff, customers, and suppliers.
• Welcoming all visitors.
• Receiving goods into the warehouse, signing for them, and maintaining written records.
• Assisting with stock takes and validating inventory records against stock data.
• Discussing potential areas for improvement with the Inventory Manager.
• Cultivating positive working relationships with all colleagues.

Key Performance Indicators

• Accurate delivery of goods to customers, accompanied by complete Proof of Delivery documentation.
• Confirmation of funds received with the Credit Controller before shipping Payment Before Delivery sales.
• Accurate recording of all internal usage and returned goods.
• Timely and accurate completion of monthly category and annual stock-takes.

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience within a warehouse setting.
• Capacity for effective verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in using computer accounting software.
• Understanding of the significance of good customer service.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Aptitude for teamwork within a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

• Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 per annum, plus an annual bonus after one year of service.
