atWork Australia is seeking a Job Coach to join our team in Katanning. We are dedicated to connecting individuals with meaningful and sustainable employment, believing that work enriches lives. Since 2003, we have assisted people living with disability, injury, health conditions, or those requiring additional support to achieve their employment goals.

Your role will involve empowering clients to build confidence, develop job-readiness skills, and progress towards employment. You will witness the direct impact of your work daily.
Responsibilities include:
- Motivating and coaching clients through tailored activities to support their employment journeys.
- Collaborating with employers and the Employer Engagement team to identify suitable job opportunities for clients.
- Assisting in securing sustainable employment outcomes and providing support during periods when clients are at risk of job loss.
- Liaising with internal and external partners to connect clients with appropriate programs and services.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all work adheres to compliance requirements.
Qualifications No prior Employment Services experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. Applicants should possess:
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
- A genuine interest in supporting individuals facing barriers.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- The ability to maintain organisation and work effectively in a structured, goal-driven environment.
- A current driver’s licence.
