Location: Ringwood Work Type: Contract Hours: Limited Term Part Time (up to 36 hours per fortnight), suitable for school hours Salary: Up to $66,768 P.A. (paid pro rata) + Super Application Deadline: 30 July 2026

About the Role: The Junior People & Culture Advisor will serve as the initial point of contact for general employee and manager inquiries. This role involves providing manager coaching on Success Factors and acting as the primary contact for the customer experience. Complex or challenging general enquiries regarding systems or processes will be escalated to the Senior Advisor for resolution. Similarly, complex or challenging EBA or policy enquiries will be escalated to the Senior Advisor. The position will also support the People & Culture Advisory team with administrative duties and basic HR processing for variations and parental leave.

About You: This role is suitable for individuals with some experience in a People & Culture function, perhaps looking to expand their knowledge, or those returning to the workforce after parental leave. University students studying Human Resources or recent graduates would also be considered. As an entry-level position, it would also suit individuals with administration experience.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role. Offers are conditional on being up to date with this vaccination prior to employment.
  • Individuals offered and/or starting between January and April are not required to have an up-to-date influenza vaccination to progress, provided they acknowledge its requirement later in the year.
  • Individuals offered and/or starting between May and December must have an up-to-date influenza vaccination prior to an offer being made.
  • Vaccination and screening for immunity to vaccine-preventable disease is a mandatory requirement of this role.
  • You must be eligible to work in Australia.
  • A National Police Check must be completed if shortlisted for an interview.
