Allan Hall HR is seeking a motivated individual for a full-time, onsite Junior Sales Representative position in Mandurah. This role offers a competitive salary plus profit share.

MMEM Mandurah operates as part of the MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM) network, a national entity comprising over 400 electrical wholesale stores across Australia. The Opportunity This is an entry-level, practical role designed for an individual aiming to establish a long-term career in sales. Initial months will involve familiarisation with warehouse operations, product knowledge, and daily branch functions. Progression will see you transition to counter sales as your confidence in the role develops. Over time, there is a genuine prospect to move into external sales, managing customer relationships in the field.

Your Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations:
• Assisting with picking, packing, and preparing customer orders.
• Counter Sales:
• Serving customers at the trade counter and via telephone.
• Customer Enquiries:
• Assisting electrical contractors with product inquiries, pricing, and order processing.
• Sales Support:
• Preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up to convert opportunities into sales.

About You Industry experience is not a prerequisite, but a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to learn are essential. We are looking for candidates with:

• Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivation, curiosity, and a genuine interest in sales.
• A willingness to learn the business from its foundational elements.
• A current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights.
