We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience as a Storeman or a Junior Warehouse Supervisor, eager to develop their skills within our new Melbourne warehouse.

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager. You will be supported by a team committed to our core values: Innovation, Care, Ambition, and Excellence.

About the role:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment in accordance with WHS standards, policies, procedures, and State regulations.
• Receive, pick, process, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor and manage warranty and returned goods processes.
• Hand unload containers and operate a forklift for efficient stock handling.
• Perform and manage stocktaking activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align warehouse operations with broader business goals.
• Update and manage bin locations for optimised storage and retrieval.

Key skills and attributes:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A minimum of 2 years of previous warehouse experience.
• Experience building relationships at all levels, coupled with clear and effective communication skills.
• A strong understanding and practical application of WHS policies and procedures.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• A forklift licence.
