The Opportunity
Cleanaway Operations Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic full-time Key Account Administrator for our Northgate team. Your role will involve building and developing strong relationships with our valued customers, ensuring all Cleanaway services are accurately documented and invoiced as per contractual obligations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities with our valued customers will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing key customer issues through to resolution, liaising with operations and sales teams.
- Raising, processing, and reconciling invoices.
- Collaborating with finance teams to ensure all revenue is captured.
- Maintaining our CRM database with customer information, and receiving and completing council forms.

Requirements:
- Previous administration experience.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- An eye for detail and the ability to work to tight timeframes.
- The capacity to work autonomously within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
