What We Are Looking For:

• Previous management experience in either a big box or high-volume retail setting.
• A drive for achieving results that will inspire your team.
• Experience in coaching and leading large, diverse teams.
• Values that align with a strong commitment to 'safety', a consistent focus on the 'customer', and a belief in motivating your team to 'reach higher' daily.
• The capacity to build robust relationships with team members, peers, customers, and leaders.
